Fish Taco with Kiwi Salsa


Fish Taco

  • 2 pieces white fish of some kind, Swai or tilapia
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Taco seasoning
  • Flour

Season fish with salt and pepper, let sit for 10 minutes, rub taco seasoning generously on both sides of the fish. Dust fish with dry flour. Heat 1 Tsp oil in non-stick pan, fry both sides for about 3 minutes each till cook through. Use a fork to break fish fillet in 2 or 3 pieces. Set aside for assembly.

Kiwi Salsa

  • 5 kiwi cut up
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • small bunch of cilantro finely chopped
  • cooked corn
  • Salt, pepper, sriracha sauce, lime juice from 1/2 a lime, chili powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and season to taste


Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Sriracha
  • Paprika powder, salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients, season to taste

Finish and Plate

Heat tortilla, scoop 4 heaping spoonful of salsa, add fish pieces, top with more salsa, garnish with cilantro, drizzle with sauce
