蓑衣黄瓜

长黄瓜一根,前后方各垫一根筷子,45°角切下去,碰到筷子就停;整条黄瓜切好,翻个身,45°再切。码在盘里,用盐腌,然后加自己喜欢的佐料。

我最喜欢的拌料:小锅中火,两勺油,葱花蒜末爆香,加酱油,糖,老干妈油辣椒,两勺水。
