Chicken Alfredo

  • Penne Pasta or Fettuccine: 250g of flour, 92g of water, a pinch of salt
  • Machine setting at 1 cup, run for 10 minutes, cut Penne to desired length

Sauce:

  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil, 2 Tsp butter
  • Lots of minced garlic
  • Heavy cream 1/4 cup, milk 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 1 cup
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley 1/4 cup
  • Sliced mushroom or broccoli
  1. Over medium heat, heat up olive oil and add butter to melt
  2. Add garlic and stir fry for about a minute
  3. Stir fry mushroom for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add heavy cream and milk, cook for 5 minutes, let it reduce a bit
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stir to thicken the sauce
  6. Add salt and fresh grounded black pepper, then parsley
  7. Drain cooked noodle and mix well with sauce and sliced rotisserie chicken breast
