No Knead Pizza Dough

Makes 2 12inch pizzas

  • 500 g All purpose flour
  • 350 g Water
  • 1 g Yeast
  • 15 g Salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon

  2. Let rise in room temperature for at least 12 hours or in refrigerator for up to 3 days

  3. Flour the work surface, dump half of the dough on to the work surface and cover each sides with flour, slowly work the dough out to a 12 inch circle

  4. Add topping and bake at 500F for 12 minutes
