Shrimp Fettuccine in Cream Sauce 

Fettuccine:

  • 250g All Purpose Flour, 93g of water
  • Philips Pasta Maker, Fettuccine head, 10 minutes

Cream Sauce

  • Over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoon of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Sautee minced garlic for about 1 minute
  • Add 2 tablespoon of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, cook for 3 minutes
  • Add 2 tablespoon of Ricotta Cheese, stir to melt
  • Add cooked green pea, add shrimp, salt and black pepper to taste
  • Pour in cooked Fettuccine and mix till all noodles are coated with cream sauce
  • Sprinkle with dried parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
