Biscotti
原料： 1. 1/4杯油（橄榄油或素油都可以）60ml 2. 3/4 杯糖 （150克） 3. 2小勺香草香精（10ml） 4. 鸡蛋2只 5. 1 3/4杯面粉（260克） 6. 1/4 小勺盐 7. 1 小勺泡打粉 8. 其他想要加入的东西，巧克力，蔓越梅干，核桃等随意 步骤： 1. 预热烤箱至300F（150C） 2. 将油和糖充分拌匀，加入香草香精，将打散的鸡蛋拌入；面粉，盐，泡打粉混合后慢慢拌入湿料；最后加入料8 3. 将拌好的面团分成两份，在不沾烤纸上形成3寸宽的长条。粉会很粘手，千万不要多加面粉，冷水将手弄湿再揉面粉会好点 4. 进烤箱烤35分钟或至微黄，取出稍微冷却一下，烤箱降温至275F（135C） 5. 把烤好的饼干切成1.5-2厘米厚的薄片，切面朝上放回烤箱，每面烤8-10分钟。取出待凉就能吃了。跟咖啡️绝配。

Middle Creek Snow Geese
中溪观雪雁? 雪雁是一种长着粉红嘴巴雪白羽毛的北方鹅，宽大的翅膀尖有一抹黑，只有凌空飞舞时才看得到。雪雁每年春天往北迁徙的途中都会在宾州中溪湖湖面上停留。3/6/2016的雪雁数在5⃣️万左右，去年最高峰那天（3/15/2015）达到11万只。大部分雪雁停留在水面上，时不时有几只几十只短短地飞一下，偶尔也会有几百只突然凌空，转移到另一处水面。幸运的是今天?️一架直升机?飞过，把5⃣️万只雪雁统统惊着了，五万只一起飞翔的状景和震耳欲聋的鸣叫着实让人惊叹！ [metaslider id=391]

Jazz Festival
Jazz Festival 2016 ???? It’s the Jazz Festival season again. Last weekend (3/11/16) Northeast Middle School hosted its 11th annual Jazz Festival. Last year, Alex won School Best Soloist Award, and when I posted the picture to my WeChat moment, I got lots of wows and congrats which kind of puzzled me. Later I realized the name of the school made it sound like this is a huge event with all the middle schools from northeast US, LOL!! Oh well, it was fun. Alex won the Best Soloist Award again this year, which really isn’t a big deal :D.
