    Shrimp Fettuccine in Cream Sauce  Fettuccine: 250g All Purpose Flour, 93g of water Philips Pasta Maker, Fettuccine head, 10 minutes Cream Sauce Over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoon of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil Sautee minced garlic for about 1 minute Add 2 tablespoon of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, cook for 3 minutes Add 2 tablespoon of Ricotta Cheese, stir to melt Add cooked green pea, add shrimp, salt and black pepper to taste Pour in cooked Fettuccine and mix till all noodles are coated with cream sauce Sprinkle with dried parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
