Shortbread Tart Shell

Servings 30 Crusts

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter room temperature
  • 200 g Flour
  • 55 g Powdered Sugar
  • 30 g Rice Flour or Corn Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar

  2. Add flour and rice flour, salt, vanilla extract and mix

  3. Scoop 15 grams of dough into mini muffin tin, spread and push up the side

  4. Place in freezer for 10 minutes, in the meantime, preheat oven to 325

  5. Bake for 22 minutes or till golden brown

  6. Remove and cool
