Instructions
In a stand mixer, combine all the wet ingredients
Add zucchini, bacon and cheese, combine well
In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and slowly fold them to the wet mixture, mix well
Preheat oven at 350F, bake for 50 minutes, test with toothpick
Serve warm or cool
